Here’s what the different colors of LED light therapy meanings
Blue light is a range of the visible spectrum, defined as wavelengths between 400 and 525 nanometres. This includes the wavelengths between violet and cyan in the spectrum. Narrow-spectrum blue light (also known as blue LED light or short-wavelength LED light) is a high-energy form of visible light, defined as wavelengths between 400 and 450 nanometres. This light is common in LEDs and is also widely used in cosmetic applications.
Red light is the most common type of light used in led therapy and it has a longer wavelength, allowing it to penetrate the skin more deeply than blue light. Red light stimulates blood flow while stimulating the production of collagen and adenosine triphosphate (ATP), improving skin tone and texture. Infrared and red light work in combination to produce a regenerative effect in aging skin.

Blue light targets and destroys acne bacteria in the sebaceous glands, thus reducing bacteria and the formation of spots or pustules. It also regulates oil production, balances oily skin or the T-zone and increases blood circulation, helping to eliminate toxins and nourish the skin.
