The theory of Q Switched ND Yag Laser is using high-energy light of a specific wavelength. The light emitted is absorbed by the pigment and then crushes the pigment into particles, which are broken into small pieces, some of which will pop out of the skin, and others will be further split into tiny particles, which are eventually engulfed by phagocytes and eventually eliminated by the lymphatic system.
